Exercise 4: Lie flat on your back on the floor. Keep your hands at the back of your head. Now keep your legs on the stool so that your thighs are perpendicular to your lower abdomen. Now slowly move your head towards your thighs contracting your abdomen. Remain in this position for a second and then return back to your normal position. Breathe normally during this workout. Now lie on the floor on your side with your one hand supporting the head and the other hand on the side of your body. Now raise your leg slowly to an angle of forty-five degrees and maintain this position for two seconds and then return back to your normal position. Repeat this for 3 sets with 15 repetitions in each set. Now just lie on the other side and do the same with another leg. Do the same number of the set with the same repetition for the other leg too. This workout helps in strengthening your side and lateral abs muscles.

Exercise 6: This is a simple work out and could be done any number of times when you are sitting leisurely too. This is a simple contraction workout. Keep your palm wide open on your abdomen and then slowly breathe in pulling your abdomen in. Be in this position for some five seconds and then slowly breathe out. Do this workout when you are done with other workouts said above. This workout helps to strengthen the walls of the abdomen. This helps in reducing belly fat without any hard work.
